Wayne Ellis, the founder of At Height, was a master of commercial operations at BH Sala/DBI Sala (3M Capital Safety today), Tractel Group, and most recently at ISC Wales, where he specialised in international sales and product development. During his time, Wayne also spent several years in Asia, working with dealers in the Asia-Pacific region and suppliers in Taiwan, China and India.

They personally select their suppliers to ensure that they fulfil the stringent quality control requirements of the "life safety" environment. Their product range meets or exceeds industry standards (where applicable), such as PPE Regulations 425/2016 for CE and ANSI Z359 for OHSA.
