Fall arrest blocks
Fall arrest blocks are an important part of your protective equipment and something that should always be used for your own safety. The function of a block is a self-retracting line that you attach either to the back or chest of your harness. Similar to the function of the car seat belt, the block will lock in a quick movement and thus prevent the fall. There are fall protection blocks with either webbing or wire in different lengths.
