Chalk and chalk bags

Chalk is a white powdery substance used by climbers to reduce sweating and increase friction between their hands and the climbing holds. Chalk bags are used to store and apply the chalk to the hands during climbing.

Chalk bags can be made of different materials such as cotton, nylon fabric or leather, and are usually designed with a small opening for easy removal of chalk.
