Anchors & hangers

Anchors in sport climbing are the strategically placed attachment points along the climbing wall that secure the rope and climber in the event of a fall accident. These anchors must be sturdy, reliable and resist abrasion and stress over time. The anchor is installed by drilling into the rock wall or other surfaces to create a secure and permanent anchorage.
