ANCHORA

ANCHORA is an anchorage device designed by Lyon Equipment with climbing walls and technical training centres in mind.

With multiple attachment points and a smooth bearing surface, this anchor allows for many different connection and load configurations while minimising wear on the connections themselves.

ANCHORA has five attachment points designed to allow for different connection and load configurations.

The attachment points provide a smooth bearing surface that minimises wear on all connectors.

The design allows positioning of connectors and ropes away from the structure, extending the life of ropes, connectors and the surface of the structure.

Connectors can be replaced independently of ANCHORA, reducing running costs.

Large couplings can be restrained when ANCHORA is mounted, eliminating the need for versions with a restraining bar.

ANCHORA has been independently tested and meets the requirements of EN 795:2012 Type A and CEN/TS 16415:2013 Type A for two people.

ANCHORA is cast in marine grade stainless steel with no welded joints or moving parts and is therefore suitable for use in outdoor environments.
