Kronos - Fall arrester steel wire rope 10 m

The KRONOS galvanised fall protection block with constant winding speed is a robust safety device. It is recommended for multi-operator workplaces such as loading and unloading. The descender has a durable polymer housing with carrying handle and comes with a 4.5 mm diameter galvanised steel wire rope. It has a quarter-turn aluminium locking hook with swivel and load indicator, and a grab handle.

The internal braking mechanism reduces the fall arrest force to less than 6 kN and has a 180° swivel anchorage eye and an aluminium coupling at the anchorage end. The device fulfils the requirements of EN 360:2002, has a minimum breaking force of 12 kN and is approved for a user with a maximum weight of 140 kg in vertical use only.
