Shipping and deliveries

If you order before 11.30, we will send your order the same weekday. Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days depending on where you live in Sweden.

Call or email us and let us know your requirements. If we have time to stop the order before the warehouse has packed it, we can adjust/shred and credit/refund the order. If we cancel your order, you can only place a new one. Otherwise, place a new order and return the incorrect one.

Yes, we have free shipping on web orders over 500 SEK.

Fill in our return form or email us at info@c2safety.com to get your return shipping label. Circle what you want to return on the delivery note and put it in the parcel. Pack your goods in the same carton they were delivered in or equivalent, then attach the return shipping label to the packaging. Hand it in to your nearest DHL agent.

Conditions

If we have time to change the address before the order leaves the warehouse, we will do so. In some cases, this is not possible and a fee of up to SEK 225 can be added (a fee that our shipping company takes that we cannot influence). Therefore, when placing an order, double-check that your information is correct.

Once your parcel has been delivered, you will receive a text message telling you where to pick it up. You can track your order on DHL website by quoting the parcel number in the email you received from us.

Please note! You have to send the complained product to us for assessment. It is not enough to just fill in the form. If you have questions about your product, send an email to info@C2safety.com and we will help you.

Call or email us with your request. If we stop the order before the warehouse has packed it, the order will be cancelled and refunded. If the order has shipped, place a new order and return the incorrect one. Contact Customer Services to explain the situation.

Courses

No, C2 is responsible for all safety equipment during the course. You should bring casual clothes and good shoes.

Cancellation earlier than seven (7) days before the start of the course will be charged with 30% of the course fee10.

Cancellation within seven (7) days before the start of the course will be charged with 80% of the course fee

Yes, you can bring your equipment for annual PPE inspection. Please notify C2 in advance.

Yes, you can hire the facility for your own courses with your own instructors. The instructors must be authorised in writing by C2 in advance.
