We offer the following payment methods via Klarna Checkout

  • 'Split', instalment payments via Klarna

Pay by invoice, card or bank transfer - Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you can easily identify yourself and choose the payment method that suits you best. A nice feature of Klarna Checkout is that they distinguish between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either by Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.

Shipping
We offer free shipping within Sweden on web orders over 500 SEK. For orders below the free shipping limit, a shipping cost of SEK 69 (incl. VAT) will be added.

When shipping outside Sweden there is an additional shipping cost of 193 SEK

When ordering by e-mail/phone, a shipping cost of SEK 120 (incl. VAT) is always added.

Delivery time
The estimated delivery time of the order is indicated in the order acknowledgement that you receive after receiving the order confirmation. Once the order has been sent from C2, the delivery time is usually 1-3 business days. If the product is made to order, we cannot guarantee our regular delivery times of 1-3 business days.

Delay in delivery
If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

We are keen that our products are of the highest quality, that they deliver as they should and, not least, that you are satisfied with your products. Should you receive a defective product, you have the right to complain for 3 years from the date of purchase, provided that the defect is original.

If you order before 11.30, we will send your order the same weekday. Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days depending on where you live in Sweden.

Call or email us and let us know your requirements. If we have time to stop the order before the warehouse has packed it, we can adjust/shred and credit/refund the order. If we cancel your order, you can only place a new one. Otherwise, place a new order and return the incorrect one.

Yes, we have free shipping on orders over 500 SEK.

Fill in our return form or email us at info@c2safety.com to get your return shipping label. Circle what you want to return on the delivery note and put it in the parcel. Pack your goods in the same carton they were delivered in or equivalent, then attach the return shipping label to the packaging. Hand it in to your nearest DHL agent.

Conditions

If we have time to change the address before the order leaves the warehouse, we will do so. In some cases, this is not possible and a fee of up to SEK 225 can be added (a fee that our shipping company takes that we cannot influence). Therefore, when placing an order, double-check that your information is correct.

Once your parcel has been delivered, you will receive a text message telling you where to pick it up. You can track your order on DHL website by quoting the parcel number in the email you received from us.

Call or email us with your request. If we stop the order before the warehouse has packed it, the order will be cancelled and refunded. If the order has shipped, place a new order and return the incorrect one. Contact Customer Services to explain the situation.
