Quickdraw & anchor slings

Quickdraws and slings are two important components in sport climbing and are used to secure the climber when climbing on cliffs or indoor walls. Quickdraw is a device consisting of two carabiners connected by a quickdraw and a sling made of nylon or other durable material. The carabiners are attached to the climbing harness and to the fixed anchor point or climbing anchor of the climbing rope. They are used to connect the climbing harness to climbing anchors, creating a safety link between the climber and the anchor point.
