A fabric-based, retractable tool loop that allows tools to remain in place when in use.

One end can be used to attach tools using a saddle strap or slip knot (it is important to choose an attachment method that is suitable for the specific tool).

The other end is equipped with a mini carabiner with screw opening for attachment to a tool bag or equipment loop.
