SecuRail Pro lifeline rail system

SecuRail Pro from Fallprotec is a rigid horizontal rail system for fall protection and working at height. The stable aluminium rail provides low deflection and is particularly suitable where the available fall clearance is limited, for example when working above machinery and overhead cranes.

The high rigidity of the rail allows spans of up to 6 metres between supports, which reduces the number of attachment points required. SecuRail Pro weighs 1.7 kg per metre and is made of anodised aluminium. The system also manages the material's expansion and contraction with temperature changes. SecuRail Pro can be used for fall arrest, restraint and work positioning, with up to two users between brackets. Project-specific solutions can be developed by Fallprotec's design department.

Areas of use

SecuRail Pro is used for work and maintenance on industrial and residential roofs, overhead travelling cranes and gantry cranes, machinery, airport roofs and commercial buildings. The system can also be used when working in confined spaces and during the loading and unloading of lorries.
