Target group

Emergency services, firefighting and industry.

Course content

We teach you the basic techniques of rescue and also go through the norms and laws on the subject. After completing the course, the student should be able to perform both descent and ascent of a person in distress. The course also covers safe work on roofs and the risks involved, as well as appropriate equipment. We will practice in many different environments, for example, on roofs, facades, masts, wells and mountains.

Course information

This course is only for level 1. Prior knowledge is required for higher levels - individual assessment is applied. We are responsible for equipment and materials during the course. On C2's courses we always use the latest and best equipment available on the market. The courses can be held in both Swedish and English. The training is conducted at our course facility in Uppsala, Höganäs or at the customer. Examination is done through practical exercises.Coffee and lunch are included. Minimum 4 max 12 participants.
