Escapers

Removable anchoring system, the ESCAPER allows you to use a single length of rope and rappel from remote locations. It can be used with all rope diameters and the limits are set by the braking device used with the rope.

It works with rope lengths of up to 80 metres. The length may be limited by the friction of the rope. To retrieve the ESCAPER, pull and then release the rope. It takes an average of 8 consecutive pull/release movements to release and retrieve the ESCAPER.

Strong points

Extremely secure, only a tension of 10kg is required to prevent the locking system from slipping.

A total release of the tension on the rope generates a slip of a few centimetres.

A slide of at least 50 cm is necessary to unload the system.

Very light: made of rope, webbing and bungee cord (100 % textile).
