SecuRope Neo Pro cable lifeline system on standing seam roof

SecuRope Neo Pro from Fallprotec is a horizontal wire-based lifeline system for standing seam metal roofs. The system is clamped directly onto the seams without penetrating the roof, which simplifies installation and ensures that the roof's surface layer does not need to be perforated.

The fixing is done with special clamps that combine high pull-out and shear strength. A wide range of clamps allows the system to be adapted to different types of standing seam, including copper roofs. SecuRope Neo Pro accommodates the metal roof's expansion and contraction during temperature changes and can be installed on both new and existing buildings. The components are made of aluminium and stainless steel, and the system can be used by up to four people.

Areas of use

SecuRope Neo Pro on standing seam is used for fall arrest and fall restraint during maintenance on industrial, residential, airport and commercial roofs. On sloped standing seam roofs, walkway systems are also recommended to facilitate safe movement.
