SecuRope Neo Pro cable lifeline system on hot deck roof

SecuRope Neo Pro from Fallprotec is a horizontal wire-based lifeline system designed for warm deck roofs with profiled sheeting, insulation and waterproofing membrane. The system uses Multipost and SpotAnchor for secure attachment while minimising thermal bridges and maintaining the integrity of the roof.

The attachment is made using reinforced toggle bolts that pass through the insulation and are anchored into profiled sheet metal, timber boarding or prefabricated concrete. Multipost and SpotAnchor are supplied with a factory-fitted roof collar in bitumen or PVC-P to ensure a tight connection to the roof membrane. The solution can be retrofitted to existing buildings and is compatible with several common waterproofing membranes. The system can be used by up to four people simultaneously and is intended for both fall arrest and fall restraint.

Areas of use

SecuRope Neo Pro on Hot Deck is used as a permanent fall protection system during maintenance on industrial, residential and commercial roofs with insulated Hot Deck structures. The possibility of retrofitting makes the system suitable for both new and existing buildings.
