The Turtle frameX is a rescue stretcher that combines the advantages of both short and full-length stretchers in a single solution. Thanks to its extendable design, the stretcher's length can be quickly adapted to the situation, while the integrated frame provides maximum stability during transport and rescue operations.

With a simple manoeuvre, the compact short board is converted into a full-length board by attaching the supplied foot section. The lightweight, integrated frame ensures high torsional rigidity without unnecessarily increasing weight. Colour-coded buckles simplify handling, while the lockable suspension enables safe horizontal transport. Furthermore, the suspension system has an integrated head protector, increasing safety during evacuation and transfer.
