Pur'Dry Pick

Petzl Pur'Dry is a stronger blade designed for dry tooling only.

It is a slightly more specialised blade that is 4 mm thick all the way from the attachment to the tip. This makes it more durable when twisted into cracks and the like. As it does not taper towards the tip, it is less suitable for ice climbing.

If you want a blade for mixed climbing, Petzl Dry is a better blade. The teeth on the lower part towards the tip have a different angle compared to blades for ice climbing. This is for the characteristics of the hooka to be better and more stable. The teeth on the top of the head are stronger and angled to allow you to pry with the axe in an inverted position.

Suitable for Petzl Nomic and Petzl Ergonomic.
