MAESTRO L is a descender designed for technical rescue operations. It facilitates the handling of heavy loads, for lowering or pulling, and can be used both in the primary system or in a backup belay. This versatility allows rescuers to adapt to any situation that may arise on the rescue site. The ergonomic handle and integrated brake provide a comfortably controlled descent. Switching from descent to ascent is instantaneous, without having to move the load. The integrated lifting disc has a large diameter and is mounted on sealed ball bearings for highly efficient pulling. The AUTO-LOCK system automatically locks the rope when the handle is not in use. Once locked, the rope can be taken up without having to manipulate the handle. The MAESTRO L descender is compatible with 12.5 to 13 mm ropes and allows the handling of loads up to 280 kg.
