FUSE revolutionises the standards for guided fall arresters, offering unparalleled performance and safety. It is the only belay device on the market that can handle a payload of up to 140kg while meeting all applicable standards in Europe and North America. Its innovative design allows a smooth movement along the rope from the very first metre, thanks to a sophisticated attachment at the lever.

The separation of the blocking mechanism and its speed-dependent activator significantly improves the reliability and safety of the device. In addition, FUSE minimises wear on the rope, prevents tearing and makes it possible to release the blocking mechanism without completely relieving the load. This is possible thanks to the unique design of the clamping cam, which engages a specific serration. Activation of the clamping cam occurs at a speed exceeding 2 m/s. For added convenience, FUSE has a practical locking function that makes it easy to activate the clamping mechanism when needed.

One of the distinguishing features of the FUSE is its ability to be attached and removed from the rope without detaching it from the carabiner. This smooth process increases efficiency and saves valuable time on the job. When used in conjunction with DEFUSER fall arrest devices (S, L or RESCUE), FUSE provides outstanding performance. The combination of FUSE and DEFUSER results in a maximum stop shock that is 30% lower than the standard, ensuring increased safety in case of a fall. With different absorption lengths and performance parameters available, FUSE ensures optimal handling for rescue operations and horizontal applications.
