Am´D Ball-Lock Carbine

D-shaped automatic locking carbine in medium size. The D-shape makes Am´D one of Petzl's strongest and lightest locking carbines. Suitable for most applications, from attaching equipment to the harness to use at the end of a sling. Am´D has the Petzl Keylock system to prevent it from getting caught in loops and other equipment. The Ball-lock locking system provides high security while the carabiner is still easy to open and close, even with gloves. The green button indicates that the carabiner is locked. Ball-lock reduces the risk of accidental unlocking, as it takes three steps to open the carriage (push the green button - turn - open the gate).

New this year, the carbine has an H-profile that makes it lighter than before and the carbine's labelling is protected.
