Pulleys

In climbing, blocks are used as part of the anchoring system to create a fixed point to secure oneself. A block consists of one or more pulleys that allow movement of the rope through the block with minimal friction, facilitating climbing and reducing wear and tear on the rope. Blocks are often used to hoist heavy equipment but also for celebration, securing and rescue. We have a wide range of both double and single blocks for ropes or cables. Remember to choose a block that can handle the diameter of the rope you intend to use.
