The hook buckle is designed to reduce the risk of the helmet coming off in the event of an impact during a fall; breaking strength greater than 50daN (EN 12492 helmet standard for mountaineering).

The ABS plastic shell makes it highly resistant to impact and general use. The suspension system consists of nylon straps attached at six points for optimal comfort. The force of an impact, for example, is absorbed by deforming the shell.

The adjustment wheels on the sides help to centre the helmet, ensuring that it sits firmly on the head.

It is possible to fit standard earmuffs and VIZIR face shields.

Four headlamp brackets and a slot for mounting the Petzl PIXA headlamp.
